Job Title: Marketing Assistant Safeguard Self Storage

Safeguard Self Storage is seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Coordinate and support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Draft and edit marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Collaborate with internal departments to create and maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
• Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to identify industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, such as designers, printers, and advertising agencies.
• Support event planning and coordination for company-sponsored events, trade shows, and community outreach activities.
• Monitor marketing expenses and maintain accurate records of budget allocations and expenditures.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
