What You'll Do:

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Ecommerce Insights & Analytics Manager to lead analysis, reporting, and performance insights for our growing eCommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) business for baseball softball, team sports and golf. This person will turn complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that inform marketing strategy, customer experience, and overall business performance across wilson.com, slugger.com, demarini.com, evoshield.com and atecsports.com.

With 5+ years of analytics experience, you’ll play a critical role in helping cross-functional teams understand customer behavior, measure ROI across channels and optimize marketing investments. The ideal candidate is a storyteller with a strong analytical toolkit and deep experience in eCommerce analytics and performance measurement.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead analysis of marketing and eCommerce performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and growth drivers
  • Develop and/or maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide clear and actionable insights for leadership and marketing teams
  • Partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks for campaigns, product launches, and promotions
  • Analyze customer journey and lifetime value (LTV) across acquisition, conversion, and retention touchpoints
  • Provide insights on channel efficiency and attribution, helping guide budget allocation across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Collaborate with IT/data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integration, and governance across platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, CRM, paid media)
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to answer key business questions and present insights in a clear, concise, and actionable format
  • Stay current on analytics tools, data modeling approaches, and emerging eCommerce analytics best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For :

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data insights—preferably in an eCommerce or DTC environment; MBA preferred. Qualified candidates will also have experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM/CDP platforms; experience building automated dashboards and scalable reporting systems; and a solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and eCommerce KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, etc.).

Other qualifications include:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights – solid experience with PPT to support this
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce business and marketing metrics, customer journeys, A/B testing, and the online sales funnel
  • Some experience with data privacy regulations and best practices in data governance
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fast learner, creative and strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Consumer-focused, analytical mindset, curious disposition, self-starter
  • Experience in sporting goods and/or durable/hard goods a plus

What We’ll Provide

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $110,000 - $125,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
