Maintenance Technician Maintenance Technician

Location: Santa Rosa, CA 

Hourly: $29 - $36

Known for quality, innovation, and sustainability, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives with production teams.

 

Must-Have Skills

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Hands-on experience with packaging equipment, conveyors, and automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Background in beverage, food, or packaging industry.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Welding, fabrication, or machining experience.
• Computer skills for maintenance tracking systems.
