Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, reliable installer to join our team!
About you:
-2 years or more of experience installing residential glass. Experience with IG units is required and shower enclosures is preferred.
-Heavy glass and commercial glass experience preferred.
-Experience leading a team and delegating tasks
-Proactive attitude and great work ethic.
-Ability to pass a background check and a drug test.
-Good and insurable driving record with an active drivers license.
-Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
-Ability to work in heights.
-Must have reliable transportation to our shop in Vancouver, WA.
-Fluency in Spanish is a plus, however, not required.
About us:
We are a small, family owned and operated glass installation business in Vancouver, WA servicing Clark county and Multnomah county. We work in residential and commercial settings and we are willing to train the right candidate, however, residential window experience is required.
Our benefits package includes:
-Unlimited unpaid time off (subject to approval).
-Five paid holidays (New Years Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
-Paid sick time is accrued at a rate of 1.334 hours per 40 hours worked.
-Health, dental, and vision insurance are available to all elegible employees after a probationary period is completed.
-401K coming in Summer 2023.
Pay ranges between $22-$35 DOE.
