Insight Global’s client is seeking multiple Landscape Construction Laborers to join a growing team within a well-established landscaping operation. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves hands-on work in outdoor environments, supporting the construction and installation of both softscape and hardscape features. The ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn and grow within the landscaping industry.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass a drug test and E-Verify screening
• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related fields is a plus (but not required)

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with landscaping tools and machinery
• Experience with irrigation systems or hardscape construction
• Knowledge of plant materials and landscape design principles

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation, including grading, excavating, and installing drainage systems
• Lay sod and plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation
• Construct hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely
• Spread mulch, soil, and gravel as needed
• Install irrigation systems and ensure proper water flow
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
