Work Schedule: This role has hybrid flexibility, allowing 2 remote days/week based on business needs.
Salary: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00
Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP seeks an attorney with 3+ years of experience in land-use and real-estate development law. Experience with assisting clients in obtaining municipal land-use approvals and experience with State and federal environmental regulations related to real-estate development including SEQRA, wetlands, stormwater, threatened and endangered species, etc. Real estate transactional experience could be a plus.
WOH has a dynamic land-use and development practice and is considered one of the premier law firms in the State is this area with over two dozen lawyers supporting the practice group. See Successful candidates will get the opportunity to work on a wide variety of real-estate development projects across the State including developments with regional and state-wide significance.
