The Red Gate Group is looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with a passion for building intelligent, AI-enabled web applications that make a real impact. As part of a collaborative, agile team, you'll help design and deliver modern, user-friendly applications that integrate machine learning models into scalable, secure production environments. This hybrid role is ideal for developers who are hands-on, eager to learn, and comfortable working across the tech stack—from responsive front-end UIs to robust back-end services and data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain full stack web applications with embedded AI/ML functionality
Design RESTful APIs and backend services to support AI inference and data flows
Develop dynamic, responsive UIs using modern frameworks like React or Vue.js
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy models using containers , microservices , and orchestration tools
Apply DevSecOps principles to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable development workflows
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests to ensure code quality
Required Qualifications
:
Proficiency in backend development with Python, Node.js, or Java, using frameworks like Flask, Express, or Spring Boot
Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern libraries (e.g., React)
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases and managing data integration workflows
Preferred Qualifications
:
Exposure to secure or regulated environments (e.g., DoD, FedRAMP, HIPAA)
Awareness of ethical AI, data privacy, and model explainability
Agile development experience using tools like Jira, GitLab, or GitHub Actions
