Job Title: Junior Estimator
Location: San Leandro, CA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Compensation: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 annually + full benefits

What You Will Be Doing:
· Review bid packages, including drawings, specifications, addenda, and reports
· Perform quantity take-offs using tools like Bluebeam and Agtek
· Request and review subcontractor and vendor proposals
· Assist in preparing and presenting budgetary estimates and bid submissions
· Maintain well-organized and accurate bid documentation
· Attend job walks and pre-bid meetings as needed
· Collaborate with estimators on developing competitive proposals
· Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams effectively
What You Bring:
· 1–3 years of experience in construction or estimating support (preferred)
· Familiarity with Bluebeam, Excel, and basic estimating software
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn
· Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
· Flexibility to work in an office setting with occasional site visits
