Job Description

This is a contract role for a Junior Data Entry/Analyst to support data management and vendor coordination. The role involves documenting data flow, ensuring data health, and maintaining relationships with business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Document Data Sent to Vendors:
   
   • Coordinate information gathering and facilitate data classification questionnaires.
   • Document responses accurately and store them appropriately.
   • Enter data into the Enterprise Data Catalog, integrating data from SharePoint.
   
   
   
2. Document Data Sources:
   • Coordinate data lineage discussions to trace data origins.
   • Enter findings into the Enterprise Data Catalog for comprehensive documentation.
   
   
   
3. Ensure Minimum Data Required is Sent:
   • Document the purpose and frequency of data shared with vendors.
   • Verify each data element has a valid business purpose.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policy compliance.
   
   
   
4. ServiceNow Data Cleanup:
   • Enhance data accuracy and detail in ServiceNow.
   • Support decision-making through precise data documentation.
   
   
   

Key Qualifications:

• Strong, accurate data entry skills.
• 6 months to 1+ year of data analyst and data entry experience in a professional or internship setting.
• Attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• High school diploma required; relevant work experience can substitute.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of delivery methods (agile, waterfall) is a plus.
