Job Description This is a contract role for a Junior Data Entry/Analyst to support data management and vendor coordination. The role involves documenting data flow, ensuring data health, and maintaining relationships with business partners. Key Responsibilities: Document Data Sent to Vendors: Coordinate information gathering and facilitate data classification questionnaires. Document responses accurately and store them appropriately. Enter data into the Enterprise Data Catalog, integrating data from SharePoint. Document Data Sources: Coordinate data lineage discussions to trace data origins. Enter findings into the Enterprise Data Catalog for comprehensive documentation. Ensure Minimum Data Required is Sent: Document the purpose and frequency of data shared with vendors. Verify each data element has a valid business purpose. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policy compliance. ServiceNow Data Cleanup: Enhance data accuracy and detail in ServiceNow. Support decision-making through precise data documentation. Key Qualifications: Strong, accurate data entry skills. 6 months to 1+ year of data analyst and data entry experience in a professional or internship setting. Attention to detail and clear communication skills. High school diploma required; relevant work experience can substitute. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred. Knowledge of delivery methods (agile, waterfall) is a plus.
