Position: Inventory Planner

Location: Everett, WA

Duration: 9+ months, with possible extension

Pay rate: $25.00-30.00/hr on w2

Shift Availability:

• Back Half Night Shift (BHN) Wed-Sat 5pm-3:30am

• Front Half Night Shift (FHN) Sun-Wed 5pm-3:30am

• Front Half Day Shift (FHD) Sun-Wed 6am-4:30pm

• Back Half Day Shift (BHD) Wed-Sat 6am-4:30pm

Job Summary:

This role supports the production and manufacturing teams of an American multinational technology company engaged in e-commerce, cloud computing, online advertising, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence. Responsibilities include material handling, system documentation, and equipment operation while upholding safety and quality standards. Candidates must be detail-oriented, flexible, and physically capable of handling demanding warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle materials accurately and efficiently for the production and manufacturing teams
• Utilize SAP ERP, Excel, and proprietary software systems for material transactions
• Document and report system issues and process inefficiencies
• Manage physical and virtual material movements between sites

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
• Standing up to 10 hours a day as this is a warehouse job and not entirely a desk job
• Ability to work flexible shift assignments, as schedules may vary depending on business needs and may include working a weekend day
