As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be part of our internal hiring team, helping us find and attract top talent to join Lumicity.
Your responsibilities will include:
✨ Sourcing and screening candidates for internal roles
✨ Partnering with team leaders to meet hiring goals
✨ Building relationships with universities and graduate networks
✨ Promoting our culture through creative content and social media
✨ Using tools like LinkedIn and job boards to find standout talent
✨ Supporting and improving recruitment processes across the team
