Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join a collaborative and fast-paced design team. This role supports the Lead Designer across multiple residential and/or commercial projects and requires strong technical, creative, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, innovative, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment while delivering high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer on active design projects
- Create and update CAD drawings
- Develop 3D renderings and visual design concepts
- Prepare engaging client presentations
- Assist with documenting design decisions and project details
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers
- Organize and maintain the sample library
- Track and manage current project samples
- Assist with closet designs, finish selections, and color selections
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD (required)
- Experience creating 3D renderings (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable commute to Novato, CA
