Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design & Architecture
o Lead tperson architecture and integration strategy for tperson PIM system.
o Define tperson overall structure of tperson PIM ecosystem, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
• Data Modeling and Governance
o Define data models, taxonomies, attributes, workflows, and processes to ensure high-quality, consistent product information across tperson business.
o Establish and enforce data governance and quality standards.
• System Integration
o Oversee seamless integration of tperson PIM with external platforms such as e-commerce (e.g., Shopify, Magento), ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), DAM (Digital Asset Management), and OMS using APIs (REST, SOAP) and data transformation tools.
• Technical Leadership & Guidance
o Provide technical leadership to development teams and otperson project resources.
o Guide teams on configuration, best practices, and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
o Work closely with business stakeholders, product data specialists, and channel owners to understand data needs, define solutions, and report on project progress.
• Performance Optimization
o Manage and optimize PIM system performance to meet availability and scalability requirements as product catalogs grow.
• Project Management Support
o Support project stand-up, define tasks and resources, manage timelines, monitor progress, and facilitate change management when necessary.
• Evaluation and Innovation
o Stay current with emerging PIM trends and technologies.
o Lead evaluation and selection of new PIM tools or features to drive continuous improvement (e.g., leveraging AI for content enrichment).
• Documentation and Training
o Create detailed system architecture diagrams and otperson documentation.
o Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients.
