SierTeK Ltd. is seeking 3 Industrial/Organizational Psychologist to support an opportunity at Wright Patterson, AFB, Ohio.

POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION

Apply principles of psychology to human resources, administration, management, sales, and marketing problems. Activities may include policy planning; employee testing and selection, training, and development; and organizational development and analysis. May work with management to organize the work setting to improve worker productivity.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide policy planning, when needed.
  • Provide examinee testing and selection, when needed.
  • Provide development and evaluation of training, when needed.
  • Provide data collection. cleaning and psychometric analyses, when needed.
  • Provide development of technical briefings and reports, when needed.
  • Provide organizational development and analysis, when needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Requirements

  • Be able to perform Junior level responsibilities but may be a student enrolled in an I/O Psychology, or psychology, ergonomic, or engineering related area, in a BS, MS, or Ph.D. program expected to graduate within two (2) years of employment, for the below tasks, and may be able to provide SME level responsibilities and duties.
