Job Description

Our firm in Los Angeles specializes in Immigration, Deportation, Criminal Defense, P.I. Litigation, and we are looking for an attorney who will be responsible for immigration, deportation, appellate litigation, and civil/P.I. litigations. The position will process immigration petitions, deportation defenses, and state litigation cases. The candidate must be an independently motivated team player who is able to multi-task.

*The position will be responsible for:*

Duties:

* Employment-Based Immigration (EB-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-3, PERM, EB-5)
* Family-Based Immigration
* Non-Immigrant Visa (H1B, L1A/B, E-1, E-2, etc.)
* Removal Proceedings & Deportation Defenses
* Appellate Litigation
* Civil/P.I. Litigation
* Discoveries
* Trial/Arbitration Preparation

Qualifications:

* License to practice law in any U.S. Jurisdiction
* Minimum 2 years of Immigration/Deportation or Civil/P.I. Litigation experience preferred.
* Experience in Employment-Based Immigration (EB-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-3, PERM, EB-5), Family-Based Immigration, Non-Immigrant Visas (H-1B, L-1A/B, E-1/E-2), Removal Proceedings.
* Exceptional writing & communication abilities and case/client management skills.
* Excellent legal research skills.
* Self-motivated candidate able to work independently and as a team-player.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Bilingual fluency in English *AND *Korean.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
