As an Lead IBM ODM Developer , you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Experience: - 8+ Years

Location: - Brentwood, TN (Day1 Onsite) - Hybrid

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory skills

• Java, ODM or Experience in Rules engine Java 8, ODM, Spring boot, Spring core, Hibernate, Microservices

Good to have skills: -

• Experience with Kafka, Elastic search, Jenkins, GIT, JiRa

Responsibilities: -

• Good understanding of US HC, especially on RCM (revenue cycle management), clinicals (medications, orders, labs, etc.)
• Should have a working experience in Agile methodology
• Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to plan/track tasks/activities.
• Technical leadership and mentoring.
• Excellent team player with strong communication, inter-personal, presentation skills.
• Experience in working with multi-location and offshore teams.
