Job Description

Position: Human Resources Officer

Location: Mahwah, New Jersey

What you will be responsible for:

Based in Mahwah, New Jersey, to support Mindray Animal Medical America office.

Be responsible for the whole HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, C&B administration, and other administrative functions.

  1. Employee Engagement and Development (30%). Collaborate with HQ HR and the President of Mindray Animal Medical America to improve relationships, boost morale, and enhance employee retention through team building or other non-material incentives. Partner with business leaders, conduct KPI reviews and performance management to align with company goals.
  2. Employee Relations (20%). Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Interpret and implement company policies, ensuring they are clearly communicated and adhered to across the organization.
  3. Talent Management (20%). Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  4. Compensation & Benefits (20%). Support monthly payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  5. Office Administration (10%). Implement 5S policies, manage office supplies procurement, and handle other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  6. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in HR. At least 3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment. Experience in medical devices industry or Chinese company is a plus.
  3. Hands-on experience on employee relations or as HR business partner.
  4. Passion in HR role. Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  5. Open-minded, excellent communication skills.
