Emmetsburg Care Center is rapidly growing and we are investing in a Human Resources Director to help shape our culture and ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect by overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources department, assisting department managers with personnel matters, processing payroll, pre-screening and onboarding new hires, and maintaining positive employee engagement. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the Human Resources department. Assist department managers with personnel matters. Process facility payroll. Pre-screen and onboard all facility new hires. Maintain positive employee engagement to support resident care. Qualifications As a minimum, an associate's degree (bachelor’s degree preferred) in Human Resource Management or similar field and two (2) years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a health care setting. Five (5) years of prior Human Resources Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and PHR or SPHR certification is preferable. Benefits Competitive wages. Tuition reimbursement.
