Overview Rx2Go is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Specialist to support a diverse workforce through comprehensive HR services. This position handles administrative functions and strategic hiring initiatives, ensuring seamless recruitment, onboarding, and employee support while maintaining full regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong strategic planning abilities and fluent Russian language skills. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development: conduct comprehensive recruitment and interview processes, update and maintain job descriptions, perform reference checks and coordinate background screenings, develop and execute new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs, represent Rx2Go at community events and recruiting initiatives. Employee Support & Benefits Administration: guide employees through benefits enrollment and compensation packages, evaluate vendor proposals, serve as primary resource for inquiries on safety, welfare, wellness, and health matters, support employees with workplace concerns and questions. Compliance & Administrative Excellence: ensure adherence to federal, state, and local HR regulations, maintain confidential employee records, oversee HR compliance requirements and regulatory reporting. Strategic HR Leadership: lead or participate in wellness, training, health and safety, culture, and communications committees; contribute to organizational planning and employee relations strategies; support Rx2Go\'s mission in healthcare/pharmaceutical sectors through effective HR practices. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or a minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience Fluent Russian (speaking, reading, writing) - Required Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Russian Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach employees Advanced proficiency with HRIS, Microsoft Excel, and database management Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Preferred Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational development, employee relations, safety, training, or labor relations Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) Company Rx2Go is a leader in providing innovative delivery solutions for pharmacies and hospitals, aiming to elevate the standards of delivery operations in the healthcare industry.
