PROMAN Staffing is proud to support our national client in their search for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for their Columbus, Ohio facility.

This is an immediate direct hire opportunity offering the chance to play a key role in shaping HR initiatives and employee engagement at a growing, global organization in the automotive industry.

Position Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner will oversee all site-level HR functions and provide strategic and hands-on support in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This position also manages the site HR Specialist and partners with leadership to foster a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Partner with site leaders to implement engagement, development, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
  • Support compensation, benefits, and leave administration while maintaining accuracy in HRIS systems (Paycom preferred).
  • Provide guidance on employee investigations, corrective actions, and terminations.
  • Track HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to leadership.
  • Collaborate with staffing partners to fulfill workforce needs and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; SHRM-CP a plus.
  • Proven communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required) and HRIS platforms.

•\t1st Shift 6am-2:30 pm $13.00/hour
•\t2nd Shift 3pm-11pm $13.50/hour
•\t3rd Shift Sunday 8:15-3am Monday-Thursday 11:45-5:30am $14.00/hour
Entry Level Warehouse Associate Job Summary
•\tRefurbish electronic devices, clean and replace parts.
•\tReceive units using RF handheld devices.
•\tBuild boxes and cartons.
•\tPick, pack & ship units
•\tUse a pallet jack to move products throughout the facility.
Entry Level Warehouse Associate Qualifications
•\tExperience with FED-EX shipping is preferred.
•\tExcellent attention to detail
•\tAbility to work independently and within a team.
•\tGreat attendance is a must.
•\tAbility to learn new skills and follow instructions.
•\tMust be able to lift and/or pull 25-50 lbs. and stand for the entire shift.
•\tMust pass pre-employment drug screen and 10-year background check.
