Job Summary:
As Night Auditor, you’ll be responsible for managing front desk operations during the night shift, preparing daily financial reports, ensuring guest satisfaction, and setting up breakfast before the morning rush.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests
- Accurately audit and balance daily hotel transactions and reports
- Ensure all guest charges are correctly posted
- Prepare management reports for the next day
- Set up and prepare the continental breakfast area by 6:00 AM
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Handle guest concerns and security issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills; attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus
