As a key representative of the organization, this role ensures an inclusive, bilingual (Spanish) environment and enhances visitor and staff experiences across meetings, events, and day-to-day interactions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate events and meetings using Outlook and agency systems; manage room reservations and event logisticProvide professional reception coverage: greet visitors, answer multi-line phones, handle mail/packageMaintain office and kitchen supplies, including ordering coffee and managing vendor billingTranslate and assist Spanish-speaking visitors and callerSupport special projects and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive informationMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High School diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative coordinationREQUIRED: Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written required)REQUIRED: Valid Texas Driver’s License; must be 21 or olderCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS:Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Agency platforms: Evolve, internal security databasesMulti-line phone systemsCopy/fax machines and general office equipmentEQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT:Must lift up to 10 lbs.; physical tasks include bending, kneeling, standing, and light carryingFrequent use of computers and office equipmentOccasional driving required (e.g., picking up catering)Face-to-face interaction in a professional, diverse settingMust assist with setting up and cleaning event spacesPREFERRED SKILLS:Experience coordinating staffing or external vendors for eventsFamiliarity with nonprofit or culturally sensitive environmentsStrong discretion and ethical handling of confidential dataLEGAL NOTICEBy applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
