As a Glass Installer Trainee, You Will:

• Receive top-notch paid training from our dedicated Glass Install Trainer at our in-house MSD University.
• Master the fundamentals through "ground-up training," covering essential skills like safe glass handling and lifting, in-depth product knowledge, precise installation techniques, and effective troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians to expertly install stunning frameless glass shower enclosures.
• Deliver exceptional craftsmanship and provide outstanding service that delights our customers.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Experienced (Preferred, Not Required): Familiarity with carpentry or construction is a plus.
• Hands-On: You enjoy working with your hands and possess a basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Physically Capable: You can regularly lift, carry, and maneuver heavy glass panels up to 75 lbs.
• Detail-Oriented: You can accurately read a tape measure and have solid basic math skills (assessment required during the interview).

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hours may vary), with potential Overtime.
• Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
