• Leverage the latest AI advancements to enhance the efficiency of complex annotation tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Analyze and communicate model evaluation results and insights from complex datasets to clients in a clear and efficient manner.
• Develop and refine processes for delivering critical information to stakeholders in the most effective way possible.
• Ensure data integrity and usability for training large language models by thoroughly understanding and applying safety and helpfulness guidelines.
• Explore and contribute to the development of interactive tools and products that improve the communication of annotation instructions and guidelines.

• Experience in building and designing web products with a focus on user-friendly interfaces for data exploration and analysis.
• Passion for solving complex problems and contributing to the development of safer and more effective AI models.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, growing team with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
