FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: NBC Tower - 455 North Cityfront Plaza Drive, Chicago, IL 60611. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time. Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position. Previous coffee bar supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
