The Role We're hiring a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to serve as a strategic field partner for our franchisees. This role is based in Dallas, TX and involves frequent travel across assigned regions to support stores directly. You’ll provide operational coaching, business guidance, and brand alignment support to help franchisees achieve sustainable success.
