We are seeking a recent graduate or final-year student to join our Finance team as an FP&A Associate. This is an entry-level role for someone looking to start a career in financial planning, business performance management, and strategic decision-making through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of budget, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Assist in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple business units.
- Prepare management reports and maintain weekly reporting cadence (e.g., Expense Report, Cash Flow, sales, Inventory).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Operations, Commercial) to validate and interpret data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel formulas and (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- If based in the U.S.: Spanish is nice to have.
- If based in Mexico: English is a must.
- Interest in learning and working with:
- SAP (ERP)
- Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Google Gemini and other Google technology tools
- CRM (HubSpot)
- Familiarity with BI tools (Lookr) is a plus.
