We are seeking a recent graduate or final-year student to join our Finance team as an FP&A Associate. This is an entry-level role for someone looking to start a career in financial planning, business performance management, and strategic decision-making through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of budget, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Assist in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple business units.
• Prepare management reports and maintain weekly reporting cadence (e.g., Expense Report, Cash Flow, sales, Inventory).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Operations, Commercial) to validate and interpret data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel formulas and (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• If based in the U.S.: Spanish is nice to have.
• If based in Mexico: English is a must.
• Interest in learning and working with:
• SAP (ERP)
• Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
• Google Gemini and other Google technology tools
• CRM (HubSpot)
• Familiarity with BI tools (Lookr) is a plus.
