$43.33/hr - $43.33/hr

Title: Executive Events and Marketing Coordinator

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and the sales team to understand the goals and desired outcomes of each meeting.
• Serve as the primary logistics contact for sales, providing timely updates on agendas, discussion leaders, and prep materials.
• Coordinate and schedule internal discussion leaders and executives, resolving any conflicts as needed.
• Act as liaison across all partner teams, including Workplace Services (Culinary, AV, Facilities).
• Manage all experiential logistics such as catering and customer pre-registration.

Requirements

• 34 years of experience in executive programs, events, hospitality, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to flawlessly execute projects and logistics.
• Exceptional communication skills when engaging with executives and stakeholders.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
