ExoticCarTrader.com is the fastest-growing online automotive trading platform, and we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help us scale to the next level.

We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is proactive, solution-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments. Exotic Car Trader is a disruptive business model that requires 

exceptional talent and adaptability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and other executive-level tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, Excel).
• Flexibility, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• A teachable attitude; willingness and ability to learn new processes, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.

Bonus qualifications:

• Familiarity with or passion for automotive culture and luxury/exotic cars.
• Previous experience supporting executives or senior management in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
