Position Overview:
As a member of our Community Engagement Event Staff, you'll represent EAS Roofing at a variety of local events. Your role will be to greet attendees, spark conversations, and help connect interested homeowners with our team for free inspections and consultations. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves interacting with people, enjoys being outdoors, and wants a fun, flexible side job with purpose.
Responsibilities:
Represent EAS Roofing at community events, fairs, expos, and festivals
Engage with event attendees in a friendly, professional manner
Share basic information about our services (no sales required!)
Help set up and break down booth displays
Collect lead information and schedule follow-up appointments
Work collaboratively with the event team to create a welcoming, high-energy environment
Qualifications:
Outgoing, friendly personality and strong communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and occasional evenings
Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors
Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
No prior experience needed – we’ll train the right people!
