Job Title: Remote Event Organizer

Hourly Pay: $22 - $38/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment
• Work with clients to define event objectives and ensure their expectations are met
• Manage budgets and track event expenses to stay within financial constraints

• Develop and maintain event timelines to ensure smooth operations

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services

• Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown

• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and resolve them promptly

• Ensure events adhere to health and safety regulations

• Evaluate event success and gather feedback from clients and attendees

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning or related field preferred

• Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or management

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible work schedule with the ability to work weekends or evenings as required
