Conducting face-to-face sales with customers in retail, events, or territory campaigns
Building relationships with clients and teammates
Hitting and exceeding personal and team sales goals
Developing into a mentor, trainer, and eventually a manager
Learning the behind-the-scenes of how a business runs (operations, recruiting, training)
