EHR Support Analysts will oversee the implementation and ongoing management of electronic health records (EHR) and other clinic related software applications in collaboration with the Sr. Analyst.
Performs duties independently with minimal supervision, dealing with multiple priorities. Decisions are made within general policy guidelines, but must require collaborative and unique decision?making for each situation. Mistakes/errors may result in unhappy clinic customers, damage to the academic experience of faculty and students resulting in poor image of the clinic or University. Situations of work stoppages caused by the EHR and supporting software issues require prompt and immediate attention and resolution.
