Salary: $104,650 - 189,175 per year Requirements:

• I hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field along with 8-12 years of relevant prior experience or a Master’s degree with 6-10 years of relevant prior experience.
• I have worked as a software developer, integrator, administrator, or in a similar technical position.
• I possess over 5 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Elastic stack, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats.
• I maintain an active Top Secret clearance and have the ability to secure and uphold a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• I am compliant with DoD-8570/8140 level 2 requirements.
• I have familiarity with Elastic stack security features, including client authentication, SSL/TLS configuration, and role-based document filtering.
• I am adept in documentation practices, showcasing my ability to create troubleshooting guides, standard operating procedures, architecture diagrams, etc.
• I demonstrate a high level of autonomy, self-direction, and proactivity in managing system infrastructure and ensuring log data integrity.
• I have experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• I will design, develop, and implement a log analytics and infrastructure monitoring solution using the Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Beats, and Kibana) to support our existing identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) system.
• I will deploy, configure, test, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade Elastic clusters and environments.
• I will plan resources and continually optimize the infrastructure and settings of Elasticsearch to maintain cluster health and enhance search performance.
• I will set up Kibana for end-user access with role-based filtering and/or multi-tenancy features.
• I will collaborate with other developers to integrate the Elastic stack with the existing ICAM baseline.
• I am responsible for collecting monthly and quarterly metrics for customer evaluation.
• I will resolve installation, infrastructure, data flow, and log ingest challenges in both development and production environments.
• I will carry out daily administration tasks for Elasticsearch clusters and environments.
• I will work in an Agile environment: estimating features and user stories, participating in the development of sprint roadmaps, analyzing user stories, and designing architecture elements to support user story or feature development.
• I will work in a DevSecOps environment with automated CI/CD pipelines.
• I will participate in design reviews.
• I will develop mockups and wireframes.
• I will conduct peer reviews and code evaluations.
