We are seeking an entry to mid-level Systems Engineer to aid in the design and development of E-learning training modules for tactical systems. This position is an excellent fit for applicants with prior E-learning design experience, strong UI/UX design skills, and some experience in front-end development. Work will require interfacing with tactical system SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to gather information for use in the development of learning modules and comprehension exams.
You will be joining a multidisciplinary team which will allow you to learn new skills and provide exposure to the full lifecycle development process of training material for a tactical system – from requirements definition through implementation, testing, and delivery.
This position provides opportunities for growth and increasing levels of responsibility including managing projects and participating in team planning exercises.
There is also occasional travel domestically and internationally to support customer test events, data collection, and development of foreign military partnerships.
