DogSpot: Passionate About Dogs? Join Our Overnight Team!

DogSpot, a cage-free dog boarding and daycare, is seeking highly motivated Overnight Assistants to join our team. We are passionate about providing a safe, loving, and enriching environment for our canine guests, and we're looking for individuals who share that passion.

Positions Available:
* Weekday Overnight Assistant
* Weekend Overnight Assistant
* (on-call shifts you are paid $50.00 a shift if you don't get called in
* Holiday shifts with added Bonuses

What You'll Do:
* Ensure the safety and well-being of our canine guests: Monitor dog behavior, intervene when necessary, and maintain a calm and peaceful environment.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic facility: Perform light cleaning duties while minimizing disruption to the dogs.
* Collaborate with the Lead and other team members: Work effectively as part of a team to provide the best possible care for our dogs.

What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience working with dogs: Strong understanding of dog behavior, pack dynamics, and best practices for dog care.
* Exceptional observational skills: Ability to quickly identify and respond to changes in dog behavior.
* Calm and assertive demeanor: Confidence and assertiveness are essential for managing dog packs.
* Physical stamina and mental alertness: Ability to work long hours on your feet and remain alert throughout your shift.
* Strong work ethic and reliability: Punctuality, dependability, and a commitment to providing the highest quality care.
* Flexibility and adaptability: Willingness to work holidays and adjust to changing schedules.
