Excellent Compensation & Benefits! Qualifications: Current NY RN license required! Three years experience as a professional nurse with one year of administrative/supervisory experience in community health UAS Certified and prior ALP experience preferred Responsibilities: Assist in planning the overall development and administration of the Agency according to policies and procedures. Participate in developing administrative policies and procedures for the Agency. Direct the implementation of approved work methods and procedures to ensure high-quality care. Review and evaluate existing clerical/administrative policies and practices to ensure staff can effectively carry out their responsibilities and meet goals. Participate in reviewing, analyzing, and appraising the effectiveness of the Agency program. Modify qualifications in accordance with individual state requirements. Supervise job classifications and descriptions of professional personnel. Select and maintain a qualified, organized staff to meet patient needs. Establish methods for care coordination among all disciplines. Provide leadership in maintaining standards for high-quality patient care.
