Description Robert Half Marketing and Creative is hiring for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a client in Atlanta. This is a direct hire position. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: + Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and display advertising. + Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic. + Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics. + Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including automation and A/B testing. + Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights. + Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality digital assets. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing Requirements Qualifications & Skills: + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. + 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. + Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms. + Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other reporting tools. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp). + Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. + Experience in content writing or copywriting.
