Job Description

Our client in the retail/CPG space is looking to hire a full time Digital Marketing Manager to join their team!

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead all social media strategy - including paid social, display and organic social media. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking and hands on digital marketing experience, inclusive of paid and organic social media. They will also partner closely with internal creative teams and external agency partners to develop compelling content.

This is a full time, direct hire role! The team works on site Monday through Wednesdays in Quincy, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Oversee one direct report - a social media coordinator.
• Oversee social media strategy, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement metrics.
• Manage media buying strategies to optimize budget allocation and ad performance across digital channels.
• Design and implement display advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social strategy and media strategy.
• Strong understanding of display advertising and paid social media campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess campaign performance and ROI.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
