Tri Delta's Executive Office staff is growing! We are actively searching for a Digital Content Development Manager to join our Brand Advancement Team. This role is full-time, remote and benefits eligible. The benefits we offer are medical, dental, and vision plans, a retirement plan, and paid time off. The anticipated start date for this role is August 1, 2025.

Objective

Support member engagement, satisfaction, and brand perception by developing and overseeing Tri Deltas brand presence in digital spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and extend the Tri Delta brand through highly effective digital content in support of the Enterprise Strategic Plan
  • Develop and implement a digital content strategy that supports Tri Deltas strategic plan and promotes brand awareness, including, but not limited to, podcasts, video, social media, and emerging digital platforms
  • Collaborate on the content calendar to align digital content with other planned brand advancement opportunities
  • In collaboration with the PR + Member Engagement Manager, engage with audiences in digital spaces.
  • Identify audience behavior, content trends, and industry activity to inform content development
  • Lead innovation in existing and emerging digital spaces
