We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our payroll team for a 6-month contract position. This role is fully onsite in Richmond, VA, and offers a competitive pay rate of $19-$21 per hour. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter payroll data into the system.
• Verify and reconcile payroll information.
• Assist with payroll processing and reporting.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in data entry or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
