Superintendent - Data Centers | Top National Design-Build GC


We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to join a nationally recognized design-build general contractor leading complex, ground-up data center projects across the U.S.


This team is known for their strong field culture, streamlined delivery approach, and deep expertise in mission-critical facilities - delivering projects safely, on schedule, and with excellence.


What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all field operations on large-scale data center builds
  
  
• Lead site coordination, safety, and subcontractor management
  
  
• Work closely with project managers and owners to ensure seamless delivery
  
  
• Maintain top-notch quality and compliance with all specifications
  
  
• Drive the schedule and hold everyone accountable
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3+ years leading mission-critical or industrial projects
  
  
• Strong background in ground-up construction
  
  
• Proven leadership and communication skills on-site
  
  
• Willingness to travel and manage out-of-state projects when needed
