Job Description
We’re looking for a Data Architect with a passion for data governance, quality, and compliance to join a dynamic team driving enterprise-wide data initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on building and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and tools in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards
- Build data catalogs, dashboards, and quality user journeys
- Lead data stewards, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment and performance
- Oversee data integration, metadata management, and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and support analytics
- Ensure data security and privacy in line with regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
Qualifications
- Strong experience in data governance, data quality , and metadata management
- Proficiency in data cataloging tools , ETL processes , and data integration
- Solid understanding of data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Experience with data analytics platforms , data warehousing , and reporting
- Proven ability to lead teams , engage stakeholders, and manage vendors
- Passion for continuous improvement , automation , and staying current with emerging data trends
- Needs to be able to receive a DOD Security Clearance.
