We’re seeking a passionate and outgoing Customer Service Representative to be the voice of important causes at community-based outreach events.
What You’ll DoRepresent nonprofit and advocacy campaigns at in-person community events
Communicate mission-driven messages with empathy, clarity, and enthusiasm
Engage with donors, supporters, and the public to build meaningful connections
Collaborate with outreach and event teams to maximize campaign visibility
Serve as a professional, compassionate advocate for important social causes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for nonprofit work, social advocacy, or community engagement
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
