Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
Resolve customer concerns with empathy, efficiency, and a solutions-oriented approach
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Thoroughly document all customer interactions and feedback to assist in ongoing process improvements
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are effectively met
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is highly regarded.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A positive, professional attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Bilingual in English and Spanish
