We are recruiting on behalf of a leading General Contractor based in Anaheim, CA, specializing in high-quality commercial projects across these industries. With a strong reputation for excellence and repeat business, our client is growing and looking to add a skilled Superintendent to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to project completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to maintain productivity and safety
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce compliance with plans, specs, and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and all stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve problems on site
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Previous experience managing restaurant, retail, or hospitality builds
- Strong leadership and site management skills
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project quality simultaneously
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
