Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, strong interpersonal and solution-oriented Construction Office Manager to oversee daily construction administrative tasks and project coordinating.
Responsibilities:
• Perform and manage:
• Daily Administrative tasks
• Research, vet and implement new programs, applications and technologies to help streamline existing processes.
• Scheduling
• Ability to prioritize office tasks
• Hold employees accountable and perform all manager duties
• Project coordinating
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in office administration, operations coordination
• Proficient in business software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Experience with JobTread or similar project management software is a plus
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning and implementing new tools
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and accountability
• Positive and strong interpersonal communication skills
