What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Execute end-to-end compliance control testing activities across the mortgage lifecycle
• Produce clear documentation of sampling logic, test steps, and preliminary findings
• Collaborate with senior Compliance team members to develop corrective action plans
• Maintain and enhance testing templates and tracking tools for consistency and quality
• Leverage data and simple analytics to detect anomalies and quantify issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 23 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or risk-related role
• Solid understanding of key mortgage lending regulations such as TILA, RESPA, TRID, ECOA, HMDA, and FCRA
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document information clearly
• Basic data and analytics skills to target samples and identify inconsistencies
• Effective communication skills with Compliance, Legal, and business line partners

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Familiarity with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for compliance processes
• Curiosity and proactive mindset for learning new systems and technologies
