As a CNC Machinist, you will be working with cutting-edge technology and playing a significant role in the manufacturing process of our products. This role is permanent and offers a unique opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities:

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models to ensure accurate production of components.
2. Operating and maintaining CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
3. Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
4. Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
5. Checking and maintaining machinery daily to ensure functionality.
6. Troubleshooting and repairing machines when necessary.
7. Adhering to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
8. Collaborating with a team of machinists and engineers to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with CNC machines, including mills, drills, and lathes.
3. Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software to design and visualize parts.
4. Excellent knowledge of the properties of metal and other material.
5. Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
6. Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
7. A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
8. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
9. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
10. Must be able to do setups and tear downs
11. A high school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational training or an apprenticeship will be an asset.
